Directions:

For adults, take a maximum of 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed more than 3 tablets in 24 hours.

LONG LASTING ENERGY & no crash!
I take 1 pill every morning at 9. Since I have started to take this I have not needed to drink coffee. I recommend to cutting these in half because they are strong.I take 1 pill every morning at 9. I work 3rd shift, I use to drink coffee but I have acid issues, I take this before work and does wonders for 6 hours! No acid issues, pure energy which I need working overnights! I use it as a supplement to keep me awake when I drive a lot or when I work out. It works great and doesn't seem to cause any jittery feeling like some other products.
