Directions:
Adults take 8 drops in 8 oz. of purified or distilled water, or juice, 3 times per day— or during stress or physical activity. May be taken with or without meals. Cell Food answer to the absorption of nutrients
I have a major gluten issue and unable to absorb vitamins in the pill form. In addition, when the vitamins in pill form are introduced to the stomach you only absorb about 30% of the nutrients meaning you would have to take 3 times the dose to get your daily take. I began taking liquid Cell Food because I can put in in my water each day and absorb my nutrients in a better way. The directions state to take 8-24 drops a day...I take about 15 currently. I feel so much better. I was having muscle spasms from lack of nutrients. After about 2 weeks of taking the Cell Food....I have no more. Less foggy headiness, and more energy too.
