Huge, hard and very difficult to swallow
Be careful if you have problems swallowing large pills. Even though these are 'soft gels,' they are NOT soft at all, are very huge and are extremely difficult to swallow. Would be better if they were a smaller 'soft gel' at a lower dosage. I would be perfectly willing to take more during the day than attempting to swallow this 'horse pill.' Going to look for a liquid or a smaller size capsule. Knowing Piping Rock, the quality is no doubt excellent, but I don't fancy taking my life in my hands to swallow this baby!! Buyer beware!Be careful if you have problems swallowing large pills. Even though these are 'soft gels,' they are NOT soft at all, are very huge and are extremely difficult to swallow.
